YOUR IDEAL WAY TO START YOUR DAY?

Positive affirmation for the day. No screens until 9:30 am in the morning. A cup of coffee, my journal and my commit to yourself planner.

WHEN DO YOU FEEL CREATIVELY MOST FULLFILLED?

When I can silence my thoughts and just trust and surrender to the process of creation. Creative expression to me is creating silence mindfully so the work can feel like it’s making itself.

When I put my idea’s down on paper and dedicate myself on just one thing at a time. This has helped me take off pressure and simultaneously space for play and fun.

HOW DO MOVE THROUGH MENTAL OR CREATIVE BLOCKS?

Journalling. This is my self-love language because it comes so naturally to me. I’ve always had journals for as long as I can remember, going back to my earliest school years. Throughout my mental blocks over the years, all my helpful practices, or playful activities as I like to call them, refer to me as a child. Dancing is another tool for releasing anything stagnant.

WHAT DOES GROWTHMEAN TO YOU?

Facing change with a mindset that sparks curiosity instead of fear. Anything else is a side issue. When I approach life with curiosity I’m eager and open to learn. Looking at my three year old son who’s evolving rapidly with this mindset, growth is inevitable.

WHAT RESOURCES, TOOLS AND PRACTISES WORK FOR YOU TO SUPPORT YOUR GROWTH?

The toolbox is always evolving, like me. Right now I’m working on spells. That sounds really witchy, but it has everything to do with training my brain to comfort me instead of stress me out in times of growth.

There are many daily moments when I talk to myself kindly and supportively. When I’m cooking, walking, sitting on the train, doing groceries. These tiny moments all together add up to a lot of hours monthly. My inner dialogue has changed incredibly since I did the career mentorship program and it’s starting to become a beautiful habit of feeling safe in my own presence.

WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY READING?

I’m a multitasker and multi reader. I’m reading “Lighter” from young Pueblo, which has supported my healing journey the past year. I’m diving deep into, what I like to call the eight hundred page long “food bible” Healing With Whole Foods by Paul Pitchford. Something light and something of weight.

WHAT ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF?

My son and with that the person I have become because of him. Motherhood has been a journey full of growth and I’m incredibly grateful for how far I’ve come and how I can immerse myself in presence when I’m with him.

WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY WORKING ON?

My second labor of love, a female lifestyle and intuition platform named The Tiny Muse, just launched. Everything that has helped me the past decade will be shared on this online meeting space for women. There will be many women who will share their knowledge and experiences that I’m really excited about.

WHAT INSPIRES YOUR CURRENT WORK?

Female empowerment and connection. Something really beautiful happens when women work together. I noticed a shift at some point in my modelling career that gradually steered me into all women teams at some point. The work, the flow, the results felt so effortlessly beautiful and right. A big inspiration as well for The Tiny Muse.

WHAT CHALLENGE(S) ARE YOU CURRENTLY FACING?

Balancing all the roles I play in life. Making time for myself, motherhood, friends, my ambitions, health and so on.

HOW WILL YOU OVERCOME THIS CHALLENGE(S)?

Realistic expectations. Making it doable for myself and not expecting to have everything at the same time fully under control. Motherhood has taught me to prioritise.

YOUR MORNING AND/OR NIGHTTIME RITUALS?

Morning: Coffee and a planner / no screens. Nighttime: Gratitude journal / long bath or extensive skincare routine.

YOUR FAVOURITE WELLBEING / SELF-CARE PRODUCTS?

Female cycle supporting herbal tea from The Sabi. Daily positive affirmations for a loving inner dialogue. Myra Flores “Wavy” aromatherapy. Journalling, writing, creating.

WHAT RELAXES YOU? HOW DO YOU CALM YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM?

Movement is my way of calming the nerves. Movement and breath go hand in hand with yoga so that’s definitely my tool I can always rely on for comfort

WHAT EXCITES YOU ABOUT THE FUTURE?

Everything really. I’ve experienced there’s a beautiful balance between a vision and trusting whatever comes your way. I’m excited about learning more, community, motherhood and entrepreneurship.
