YOUR IDEAL WAY TO START YOUR DAY?
For a long time I have had a routine in the mornings. I drink at least 1lt of mate. Mate is a drink from South America, a type of tea that normally helps with focus and concentration, it also improves immunity and helps with water retention. Now we have a new addition to the family, so I have company every morning, before it was my solo moment.
WHEN DO YOU FEEL CREATIVELY MOST FULLFILLED?
After a session when I can feel my work found a place in someone’s lives.
HOW DO MOVE THROUGH MENTAL OR CREATIVE BLOCKS?
I try to write things down to be able to take them out of my body. I talk them through. I rarely keep things inside. I also have an amazing acupuncturist who I go to often.
In regards to the creativity I’m always trying to learn something new. At least every year I complete a study which I can incorporate into my practice or be able to create a new technique.
WHAT DOES GROWTHMEAN TO YOU?
Every day we are growing, learning and having experiences. Currently I would say growth is having a daughter who is teaching me daily.
WHAT RESOURCES, TOOLS AND PRACTISES WORK FOR YOU TO SUPPORT YOUR GROWTH?
I have always done different types of alternative therapies to learn more about myself. Accupunture, homeopathy, family constellations, astrological chart readings and EMDR. I was always interested in books related to unblocking the emotions, psychology, neuroscience, among others. I like to feel I learn something when I select a book.
WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY READING?
Into the Magic Shop by James R. Doty, The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz and The Myth of Normal by Daniel Maté and Gabor Maté.

WHAT ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF?
If I look back, I would never have imagined being where I am today. I grew up in a small town in Argentina and for some time I took a different path in my studies. I always say that after my dad died I decided to enter a path of learning how emotions affect the body and what we can do to unblock them. Thereafter I started studying in Argentina and everything that I was learning in relation to the emotions and the body lead me to continue.
I found pride in the reactions of the first people who took sessions with me, it gave me a true sense of: “I want to do this for the rest of my life”. This connection with people and guiding them continues to make me proud.
WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY WORKING ON?
I’m developing a pregnancy massage technique. My partner became pregnant this year and I decided I wanted to understand the process of being pregnant in a physical and emotional way. It is a unique moment in a women’s life where she undergoes huge changes and development and being there as a support drew me to add this into my practice. Being able to work on my partner was a beautiful moment in the journey of welcoming our baby.
WHAT INSPIRES YOUR CURRENT WORK?
People and emotions. Every person is an individual, a new encounter and therefore a challenge. Each session feels like the first and I am always inspired by the people I get to meet.
WHAT CHALLENGE(S) ARE YOU CURRENTLY FACING?
Having a newborn is incredibly challenging, it is holding a mirror to every process you thought was figured out. It is humbling to learn to parent and to teach yourself at the same time.
HOW WILL YOU OVERCOME THIS CHALLENGE(S)?
She will guide me and I will respond to her physical and emotional needs day by day.

YOUR MORNING AND/OR NIGHTTIME RITUALS?
In the morning I find time for myself, I am able to focus for the day. I take our dog for a walk to be outside and I always eat a full breakfast. In the evenings I usually have a session. Then returning home we cook and talk through our day. We bathe our baby and spend time together.
YOUR FAVOURITE WELLBEING / SELF-CARE PRODUCTS?
I take supplements depending on the season, at the moment I am taking spirulina, omega 3, magnesium and vitamin D. I play tennis, go to pilates, walk and bike a lot.
WHAT RELAXES YOU? HOW DO YOU CALM YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM?
Usually by cooking or baking. Taking a bath with epsom salt and essential oil. Being in nature, my favourite space is our house in the countryside..
WHAT IS YOUR DEFINITION OF BODY PSYCHOLOGY?
Body psychology is being more aware about what the body is telling us. Being more conscious of how it talks and understanding it. Unifying body, mind and emotions.
“I found pride in the reactions of the first people who took sessions with me, it gave me a true sense of ‘I want to do this for the rest of my life’ ”.
